Job Summary
Back of house team member needed at M.L.Rose Neighborhood Pub in Gallatin, TN. Responsibilities include daily kitchen operations, coordinating with dining room and bar staff to meet guests’ needs, maintaining high quality food service, and upholding sanitation and safety standards. Must uphold company policies, adapt to changing priorities, demonstrate strong culinary skills, and work well with managers and FOH staff to achieve target sales and food cost. Weekend and night shifts required; in-person kitchen role with starting pay range of $18-$20/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Back of house experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and culinary skills
- Knowledge of OSHA/HACCP or local health and safety code compliance
