Job Summary
Wash sheet pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, and all production equipment using machine or manual methods. Clean garbage cans, maintain kitchen work areas, and place clean items in assigned storage. Sort trash, organize and label produce deliveries, and perform deep cleaning of ovens, floors, counters, and freezers. Clean the entire production area, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing, while managing inventory of toilet supplies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager or chef.

- Time management and ability to work under pressure to manage high volume of production
- Ability to communicate and understand direction in English to ensure safety in the workplace
- Ability to understand, respond, and engage with co-workers, managers, and guests in English

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Reading and speaking comprehension skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- submit satisfactory proof of employment authorization and identity in order to complete Form I-9 within 72 hours of commencing work
