Job Summary
Cook across fry, cashier, prep, seasoning, breading and expo responsibilities. Ensure food is prepared with care, quality, flavor, and presentation; maintain sanitation and safety standards; manage setup and sanitation of stations; operate large-volume cooking equipment (grills, fryers, stoves, griddles); support dietary requirements; collaborate effectively with teammates and maintain organization and labeling of food products; capable of working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; requires HS diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role within a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with various cooking methods and techniques
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is advantageous
