Job Summary
Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to embed safety and quality in plans. Maintain quality directives, policies, and metrics while collecting and analyzing data to identify root causes of routine problems. Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits and compile data for material review disposition through cross-functional collaboration. Work directly with a mentor to solve real-world problems during a 10-12 week summer program, touring manufacturing facilities and attending networking events.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university with expected graduation on or after August 2027
- Availability to work full-time for 10 - 12 weeks during Summer 2027
- Meet Export Control compliance as a 'U.S. Person' (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite at designated locations
- Junior or Senior class standing
- First shift availability
Desired Qualifications
- Majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Operations, Project Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Programming, Systems Engineering and Management, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or related fields
- Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0 or above)
- Previous internships, work experience, or involvement in student or civic organizations demonstrating leadership and teamwork
- Passion for aerospace industry and eagerness to contribute to Boeing's mission
