Boeing Summer 2027 Internship Program (Paid) - Methods Process Analyst

Job Summary

Support a production team or organization integrated with the Boeing Production System by reducing safety and ergonomic issues, improving quality defect trends, and analyzing performance against daily schedules. Create and maintain operating plans, develop scenario plans, and build disruption recovery plans to mitigate impacts on downstream work and major milestones. Collaborate with a team of 5-10 people, including a team lead, to find ways to reduce non-value added work while adhering to PPE requirements in factory or flightline environments. Work onsite in the greater Seattle area for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027, with frequent milestone check-ins to track progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027
  • Currently an enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027
  • US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • 100% onsite work requirement
  • Ability to adhere to PPE requirements for the work area
  • Ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility

Desired Qualifications

  • Majoring in: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, and/or Information Technology, or other related fields
  • Strong academic performance (GPA of 3.0 or above)
  • Previous internships or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations
  • Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career with Boeing
  • The ability to telecommute
  • The ability to relocate and work onsite
