Job Summary
Receive, validate, and log customer requests for facilities services such as construction, rearrangements, moves, and asset acquisition. Compile data from headcount projections and business plans to enable forecasting and manage site assets cost efficiently. Develop and communicate proposals to stakeholders regarding scopes, schedules, and budget alternatives. Analyze workflows to enhance productivity and present input on business objectives. Assist with research, planning, and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives related to change management. Maintain first-time quality through accurate record keeping, reporting, and data analytics on the Property Management lifecycle. This 10-12 week paid summer internship runs during the summer of 2027. Some positions require a U.S. Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer
- Ability to telecommute
- Ability to relocate and work onsite
- US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- First shift availability
