Job Summary
Conduct real-world problem-solving under mentorship by validating facility service requests, compiling headcount data for forecasting, and analyzing building systems for improvement recommendations. Execute technology initiatives by gathering requirements, evaluating solutions, and supporting deployment of facilities technology while optimizing operational workflows to enhance productivity. Assist in maintaining Government and Boeing property lifecycles through accurate record keeping, reporting, and conducting assessments of Property Management System health. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop change management plans and communicate proposals regarding scopes, schedules, and budget alternatives. Work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer in a hybrid, first-shift role within Boeing's Global Real Estate and Facilities organization.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer
- Ability to telecommute
- Ability to relocate and work onsite
- US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- First shift availability
