Job Summary
Fabricate and assemble aircraft interior panels and assemblies using established processes; work with adhesives, resins, honeycomb core, carpet fiberglass, and aluminum; install latches, hinges, and brackets; prepare panels for bonding; create vinyl laminate layups; perform routing, drilling, and riveting; work from drawings and specifications; conduct visual quality checks and in-process rework; operate shop power tools and vacuum/platen equipment; adhere to safety, regulatory, and quality standards; position requires 100% onsite work at Everett, WA; BPET-certified students/recent graduates are eligible; COI and export-control requirements apply; typical shifts available; wage starts at $23.32/hour with potential to earn up to $51.82/hour under applicable bargaining agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Be a student or recent graduate of a certified Boeing Pre-Employment Training (BPET) course
- US Person per export control requirements (as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62)
- Be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8-hour shift
- Complete Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Meet basic high school diploma or GED/basic education requirement
