Job Summary
Lead planning and activation of integrated media campaigns from briefing to post-campaign reporting; oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, pacing, and optimization; ensure accurate implementation of audience targeting, tracking pixels, and conversion events; collaborate with Director and Associate Director to guide planning and execution, mentor Planner and Associate Planner, and deliver client-facing strategic recommendations; leverage platform tools, insights, and performance trends to drive efficiency; contribute to process improvements and best practices across the team; manage client and partner communications and ensure adherence to client investment strategies and agency financial processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of media planning experience
- cross-channel experience
- Graduate of a four-year college or university
- Experience in a client service structure
- Experience in reach-based planning
- Experience in digital and social media activation including trafficking campaigns, campaign management, and reporting
- Leadership ability and experience managing a team of planners and assistants
- Strong knowledge of media fundamentals and an understanding of key research sources
- Ability to develop and articulate strategic insights
- Comfort with data, analytics, and measurement
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in media
- Experience managing substantial media budgets across multiple campaigns simultaneously
