BOE Solution Architect SME

BOE Solution Architect SME responsible for leading BOE development and estimation artifacts across complex proposals for Defense, Intel, Federal Civilian and Federal Health customers. Partners with programs, solution architects and stakeholders to provide BOE leadership, end-to-end BOE development (staffing rationale, models, and rationale documents), and data-driven solutioning support. Develop predictive models and data visualizations, use AI-enabled estimation and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions, and contribute to solutioning across large IT programs. Extensive experience (15+ years) in related roles, with strong data analysis skills, proficiency with MS Office/SharePoint, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or related field (or equivalent experience). Hybrid work schedule in Falls Church or Herndon, VA.
