Job Summary
Open the workshop at 7am, turn on all equipment, and hold daily morning meetings to delegate tasks and communicate targets. Oversee equipment, uniforms, and tools usage; discuss vehicle status and challenges with the Regional Manager. Order parts three business days in advance, manage work volume for on-site and incoming vehicles, and ensure 10-stage repair images for complete job packs. Monitor wet and dry stock levels while maintaining quality control throughout the repair process. Update CJS to provide accurate repair progress updates to customers.
