Job Summary
Manage customer bookings, conduct vehicle inspections, and provide repair progress updates to ensure an outstanding experience from enquiry to handover. Prepare accurate bodyshop repair estimates, process PSL insurance claims, and liaise with insurers, engineers, and customers regarding authorisations. Coordinate customer visits, work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow, and monitor repair progress against agreed timescales. Source non-franchise parts, liaise with suppliers for competitive pricing, and maintain accurate records while meeting productivity targets. Work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Bodyshop Estimator, Service Advisor or similar automotive role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bodyshop repair processes and parts procurement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience dealing with insurance claims and repair estimates
- Knowledge of bodyshop repair processes and parts procurement would be advantageous
