Body Weld Team Leader

Job Summary
Coordinate team activities to meet production schedules while ensuring safety and quality. Communicate Group Leader's directions and assist members in resolving performance concerns. Analyze work problems to recommend solutions and train team members on departmental functions. Maintain production records, report equipment malfunctions to Machine Maintenance, and perform member duties as needed. Adhere to all safety policies, wear required PPE, and follow instructions in an industrial plant setting with frequent movement and high noise levels. Work rotating shifts with regular attendance, lifting up to 33 pounds and standing for prolonged periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Working knowledge of all processes in Body Weld
- Must be currently working in Body Weld
- Personal computer and software skills
- Must be flexible to work in all areas and in your department regardless of duties listed above in order to accomplish YKTA Goals and objectives
- Regular attendance
- Rotating shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of production experience
- Previous supervisory experience
