Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition, including disassembly/reassembly, chassis realignment, replacement/repair of damaged sections, glass, interior parts, welding, and painting to meet labor-time guidelines and KPIs; collaborates with team to provide exceptional customer experience and uphold the brand promise. Skills include reading job orders, using body shop tools (cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, pliers), applying fillers, performing dent repair, realigning frames, replacing parts, welding, and painting; requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong understanding of repair methods, toolkit proficiency, and safety in a noisy environment.
