Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for meticulous assessment and repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition, including disassembly/reassembly, realigning chassis, replacing/repairing parts, glass, interior components, and applying paint. Must read job orders, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate with other repairers to meet KPI targets, deliver a superior customer experience, and uphold brand standards. Requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds, operate in a noisy environment, and use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
