Job Summary
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble collision-damaged vehicles, performing frame and structural repairs to OEM standards. Replace panels, align components, and collaborate with the team to maintain production flow. Requires technical school or three years of body repair experience, solid knowledge of collision methods and tools, and I-CAR certification or willingness to obtain it. Must work independently and as part of a team in a shop environment involving lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and squatting. Commission-based flat rate pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum and up to 14 days PTO annually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and squat
- Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise and odors
- Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience
- Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
