Job Summary
RiverCenter Collision is seeking experienced B-Level Body Technicians to repair damaged bodywork and panels, inspect vehicles to determine repair needs, remove old paint and rust, apply fillers and sand smooth, weld metal parts, and maintain shop equipment and safety protocols. The role requires the ability to diagnose issues, lift heavy objects, communicate clearly, and work in a team-focused, professional shop. Certifications such as ASE are a plus, and an auto tech program certificate is preferred but not required. The position offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), competitive flat-rate pay ($22-$25 per hour) with potential bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) with company match, medical, HSA/FSA, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, hospital indemnity, and employee discounts.
