Job Summary
Prepares and repairs vehicles per estimate and manufacturer standards, checking body parts against estimates and ensuring proper parts are ordered and received. Maintains all tools and equipment in proper repair, advising management of needed fixes. Adheres to safety protocols by wearing required personal protective equipment and operating tools safely. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-know. Must advise management of any deviations from the estimate and follow Tony Group Standards. Requires a valid driver's license, clean traffic abstract, ASE certifications, and an associate's degree or equivalent with six months of related experience. Works in a high-paced environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and extreme heat.

- Valid driver's license and clean traffic abstract requirements

- Associate's degree or technical school certification or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of related experience
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
