Job Summary
Conduct full body restoration and paint on trucks involved in collisions, perform fiber glass work, and maintain tools and equipment in a safe manner. Assess damage using a wide range of tools to determine repair methods, requiring critical thinking and attention to detail. This role requires five years of body shop technician experience and a Certified PPG Painter credential. Candidates must possess free range of motion in hands and arms to work with small parts and spaces, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The position is full-time with an hourly rate of $30-$38 depending on qualifications, including a bonus plan. Required Qualifications
- More the five (5) years of experience of body shop technician
- Certified PPG Painter
- Ability to use wide range of tools and equipment to assess and repair trucks
- Free range of motion in their hands and arms to work with small parts and small spaces
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Critical thinking skills to assess damage and determine how to make repairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check
