Job Summary
Provide full-body restoration and paint to trucks involved in collisions; perform fiberglass repairs; weld aluminum, steel, and stainless; repair trailers, side rails, side sheets; repair and replace rooves, roll-up doors, lower rails, body corners, and body swaps; install lift gates; operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe manner; align with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule; collaborate within a family-owned, multi-unit transportation group offering truck leasing, dealerships, dedicated services, and brokerage; benefits include competitive pay ($25-$38/hour), vacation, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or experience in Body Shop Repair operations or as a Body Shop Technician
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Free range of motion in hands and arms
- Attention to detail and customer service
- Ability to use a wide range of tools and equipment
