Job Summary
Repair damaged vehicle bodies and parts per factory and dealership specifications, preparing and repairing vehicles according to manufacturer standards. De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and attention to detail while maintaining tools and equipment in proper condition. Assist with identifying and sourcing parts, working as a team player to ensure on-time delivery and meeting productivity requirements. Comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards. This role involves extended periods of physical activity including bending, kneeling, lifting over 50 lbs, and exposure to fumes and chemicals. ASE and I-Car certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
- Must be able to wear protective equipment including respirator
- This position will require extended periods of bending, kneeling, standing, sitting and squatting
- This position will require lifting, carrying and pushing of materials (over 50lbs)
- Ability to withstand fumes/chemicals, changes in weather conditions (within reason)
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification & I-Car certifications are a plus!
- Previous automotive technician or military equivalent experience preferred
