Job Summary
Perform structural and non-structural repairs according to OEM and industry standards, including panel replacement, dent repair, welding, sanding, filling, and aligning body components. Repair, replace, and refinish body panels while conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship. Work closely with estimators, painters, and parts personnel to maintain workflow, and document all work performed in repair records. Adhere to safety guidelines, maintain clean workspaces, and stay current on training and manufacturer procedures. Requires 5+ years of collision repair experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency with frame machines and specialized equipment. Salary ranges from $50K to $75K based on experience.
