Job Summary
The Body Shop Technician will repair vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition in a Ford dealership environment, performing collision repairs including body panel repair/replacement, frame and structural repairs, and preparing vehicles for paint. Responsibilities include diagnosing damage, following repair plans and estimates, aligning and replacing damaged panels, using dealership tools, maintaining Ford OEM specifications, keeping a clean and safe workspace, and communicating with estimators, advisors, and teammates. Requires reading and following repair estimates, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. I-CAR certification and/or ASE certifications are a plus, and prior dealer experience is beneficial. Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment checks.

- Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test)
- I-CAR certification and/or ASE certifications are a plus
- Familiarity with OEM repair procedures; Ford experience is a plus
