Job Summary
Repair and replace damaged body parts and frames to factory and dealership specifications using hydraulic, pneumatic, cutting, welding, and related tools. Review repair orders and preliminary estimates with the Estimator, perform tear-downs, and advise if additional parts or labor are needed. Complete work efficiently within promised timeframes, following dealership procedures, and collaborate with the Estimator to address additional needs. The role supports growth through educational reimbursement and professional development within a state-of-the-art facility, offering comprehensive benefits and a strong team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in auto body repair and knowledge of factory and dealership specifications
- Proficiency with hydraulic, pneumatic, cutting, welding equipment, and other essential tools
- Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and communicate well with team members
