Job Summary
Repair damaged vehicle bodies and parts per factory and dealership specifications, preparing and de-trimming vehicles with attention to detail and urgency. Maintain tools and equipment, source necessary parts and materials, and collaborate with the team to ensure on-time delivery. Adhere to manufacturer standards, federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste and safety, while meeting productivity requirements. This role involves extended periods of physical activity, including bending, lifting over 50 lbs, and working in environments with fumes or weather changes. ASE and I-Car certifications are a plus, with previous automotive or military experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
- Must be able to wear protective equipment including respirator
- Must be able to withstand fumes/chemicals, changes in weather conditions (within reason)
- This position will require extended periods of bending, kneeling, standing, sitting and squatting
- This position will require lifting, carrying and pushing of materials (over 50lbs)
Desired Qualifications
- ASE certification & I-Car certifications are a plus!
- Previous automotive technician or military equivalent experience preferred
