Job Summary
Perform auto body and frame repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, including fiberglass and structural work. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following repair procedures and safety standards in a fast-paced, team environment. Assist with additional shop duties as needed. This full-time role offers unlimited earning potential within a high-volume shop owned by Hertrich Family of Dealerships, which operates 15 collision centers across 24 dealerships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of auto body technician experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with frame and structural repair
- Must have your own tools
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED required
Desired Qualifications
- ICAR or ASE certifications are a plus
