Job Summary
Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment, meet sales and gross profit goals, and order parts according to dealership procedures. Resolve customer problems while maintaining excellent service, provide written quotes, and process core/warranty claims per company guidelines. Maintain special order parts for the service department and keep a clean, safe work area. Complete ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes. This role is at Freightliner of New Stanton Body Shop within Transteck, Inc., a large dealer group with 14 locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must pass background & criminal records check
- Must pass physical exam
- Must pass drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- One-Two years sales experience preferred
