Body Shop Parts Advisor - Coggin Buick GMC

Body Shop Parts Advisor responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting required parts per manufacture guidelines, informing customers of companion part requirements and specials, answering inquiries with price quotes, reviewing estimates for accuracy, pulling and filling orders, coordinating back-orders and stock replenishment, notifying relevant parties of arrivals and special orders, assisting outside sales with orders, ensuring billing on repair orders, and maintaining professional image with strong communication and customer-service skills; requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and strong computer and phone skills; multilingual ability is a plus; prior automotive parts experience or military equivalent is preferred.
