Job Summary
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while writing estimates and supervising medium and heavy duty body shop operations in Delaware County. Obtain competitive parts price quotes and manage the production schedule and efficiency of all technicians. Repair selling, problem-solving, and negotiating with insurance and customers to ensure the best repair plan is developed for each job. Ensure quality control processes on all completed jobs. Requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and strong attention to detail. Three years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator with heavy truck experience is preferred.
