Job Summary
Manage day-to-day body shop operations by scheduling repair work, monitoring quality and productivity, and maintaining proper inventory. Prepare estimates, communicate updates to customers, and coordinate closely with insurance adjusters and vendors. Recruit, train, and coach staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Handle customer concerns professionally and assist in developing marketing and customer retention strategies. Work Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Previous experience in collision repair and body shop management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of estimating systems and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
- Proficient with computers and shop management software
- Strong understanding of repair timelines and efficiency
- Monday–Friday | No Nights • No Weekends • No Holidays
Desired Qualifications
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
