Job Summary
Lead the Body Shop leadership team to reach goals established with store leadership and insurance partners while maintaining ethical standards and implementing lean processes. Set and measure production goals, manage staffing levels by hiring high achievers with good character, and ensure every service employee is fully trained in company processes. Physically inspect vehicles, walk the lot and shop, enter and exit vehicles regularly, and assist customers as required. Maintain an impeccable driving record for these duties. Work an average 50-hour weekly schedule. Required Qualifications
