Job Summary
Manage daily body shop operations by overseeing estimates, body work, prep, painting, billing, and account receivables. Create a positive environment for customers and employees while training and motivating every team member to achieve department goals. Assist with all positions on the team as needed and communicate effectively to drive process-driven results. Lead without barking orders, fostering growth for staff in this role within a fast-growing dealer group in Ohio and West Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience running a Body Shop
- Must understand every position on the team
- Must be able to assist as needed
- Must be a process driven person
- Must understand what it means to communicate with customers and employees
- Must understand obtaining goals set for the department
- Must have a game plan to achieve goals
- Must be a leader
- Must NOT be someone barking orders
