Job Summary
Body Shop Foreman at Allegiance Trucks oversees technicians repairing light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment, communicates with customers and insurers to obtain approvals for repairs, provides timely technical support to the service office and customers, ensures adherence to safety rules, manages shop workflow, distributes repair orders by technician skill, tests and reviews repair work, and assists with troubleshooting and warranty parts activities. Requires a State Appraisers License, 3+ years leading in a collision shop and 3+ years in a leadership or service-writer role, a driver's license (CDL a plus), and PC skills; emphasizes customer service, leadership, and coordination with insurance adjusters and customers.
