Coordinate repair workflows with technicians, painters, and parts vendors to minimize delays and ensure parts availability aligns with schedules. Monitor progress, adjust estimates or supplements as needed, and review final repair orders for accuracy prior to billing. Maintain compliance with OEM guidelines, insurance requirements, and dealership standards while supporting cycle-time goals and profitability.
