Job Summary
Body Shop Estimator identifies and validates customer concerns, conducts thorough vehicle inspections, and develops detailed repair estimates using ProfitNet ADP, Pathways, Mitchell, and Audatex estimating systems. Serves as the key communicator between customers and technicians, manages incoming calls with professionalism, and creates repair orders and estimates to ensure accurate service cost calculations while delivering a high-quality customer experience in a high-energy collision-center environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong typing and computer proficiency
- Solid math skills for precise service cost calculations
