Job Summary
Prepare honest, accurate, and complete damage estimates for customers using CCC1 by inspecting vehicles thoroughly and estimating repair costs. Monitor repairs as they are made to track costs, labor, and materials while ensuring all work meets quality standards. Coordinate and communicate actions within the dealership and the collision center to provide exceptional customer service and follow-up. This role requires proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers in a fast-paced environment. The DeMontrond Automotive Group, established in 1953, serves the Greater Houston area with a wide range of brands and vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 year's experience as Body shop Estimator
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as an estimator or in a customer service role is preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
- A people-focused mindset and a passion for providing great customer service
- Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
