Body Shop/Collision Estimator

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and damage documentation using CCC One, then prepare and submit accurate estimates and supplements while managing insurance approvals. Facilitate communication between customers, technicians, and insurance companies to clearly explain repair processes and costs. Schedule appointments to maximize shop efficiency and complete OEM and GM training to enhance expertise. This role requires strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and a valid driver's license, with no Saturdays and a competitive base salary plus gross profit bonus.
