Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
- Greet customers as they arrive in a pleasant and professional manner
- Direct customers to resources that best meet needs
- Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner
- Screen calls and direct to appropriate party
- Obtain enough information for follow-up
- Receipt and record cash, checks, and credit card payments
- Reconcile cash drawer daily
- File repair orders
- Open and close repair orders for incoming/outgoing vehicles
- Operate office equipment and computer systems
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
- Must be an effective communicator
- Must be team orientated and comfortable in an open office setting
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment
