Job Summary
Pre and post repair clean up/detailing of customer vehicles, clean and maintain work area and tools, receive and track parts as they enter the shop and dispatch accordingly, remove trash recycling materials from shop daily, and help with general maintenance and upkeep of the body shop. This full-time hourly role at Baker Collision in Grandville supports the collision team to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Prior experience in a body shop or automotive repair setting
