Job Summary
Create a positive initial contact with body shop customers and handle all phone calls professionally. Schedule repairs by working closely with the shop foreman, open work orders, and discuss service issues to create accurate descriptions. Send professional estimates including parts and labor, determine payment methods, and maintain communication throughout the repair process. Close repair orders while ensuring all tasks follow company Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain complete knowledge of OEM and vendor warranties. Perform all duties as assigned by the Body Shop Manager, including lifting up to 75 lbs. and working in various weather conditions. This role requires flexibility for 8-12 hour days and the ability to sell body shop work effectively.

- Willingness and ability to work up to 12 hours per day as required
- Ability to sell body shop work
- Ability to work with customers in a variety of situations
- Good writing and communication skills
- Sufficient computer skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work in an environment to include 8-12 hour days, and flexibility to extend working hours when necessary
