Requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and automotive/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, CCC ONE, Mitchell), attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset to maintain efficient shop operations and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry or a similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with automotive software systems (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service orientation
