Job Summary
Verify and process invoices, obtain payment authorizations, and reconcile statements of account and ledgers to ensure timely payments. Participate in monthly account closings, prepare daily deposit spreadsheets, and manage collections. Welcome customers, answer phone calls and emails, and coordinate appointments for vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups. Maintain accurate customer information, repair documentation, and internal files while supporting estimators and technicians with administrative tasks. Handle insurance-related documentation, monitor correspondence, and keep the front office organized. Manage confidential information with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- AR and AP experience
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers and our guests
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task and keep organized in a timely manner
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or automotive-related role
- Dealership experience
- Must be able to submit a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
