Job Summary
Assistant Director of Health Services (Registered Nurse) at Lifespark Senior Living Community in Maplewood, MN. Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services, daily clinical operations, rounds to monitor care quality, proper charting and documentation, orientation and training of staff, developing staffing plans and nursing schedules, and collaborating with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to engage internal/external stakeholders. Requires RN licensure and nursing leadership/management experience; schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends, 2:00pm–10:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm; wage range $33.65–$48.07 per hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid state RN licensure
- Minimum two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care (preferred)
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience (preferred)
- Ability to relate professionally with residents, families, and employees
- Advanced computer skills
