Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents in a Lifespark Senior Living Community, including activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility) and other personal care needs per the plan of care; assist with medication administration; engage residents in meaningful conversations; support residents across Assisted Living and Memory Care settings; role supports CNAs and HHAs with compassionate, respectful care; available shifts include Full-Time AMs (7am-3pm), PMs (3pm-11pm), NOCs (11pm-7am) and Part-Time PMs; wage ranges are $17.00-$22.00 per hour for HHA and $19.00-$24.00 per hour for CNA, with shift differentials of $1.00 for PMs and $2.00 for NOCs; benefits include health, 401K, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and career development.
Required Qualifications
- CNA or HHA certification preferred
- Experience in an assisted living community preferred
