As a Beauty Advisor/Artist for Bobbi Brown at Myer Sydney, provide personalized customer service, educate customers on makeup techniques and product knowledge, demonstrate makeup services, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting paid makeup services, maintaining hygiene standards, participating in retail events, keeping the counter organized, and attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required). You’ll recruit new customers, sign them up to the CRM, and work as a collaborative team member to ensure strong visual merchandising and brand representation. Flexible retail hours including late nights and weekends are required. Prior makeup artistry experience is preferred, but amateur level experience with demonstrated creativity and technical makeup skills is welcomed. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to deliver inspirational, personalized customer service and have ability to work within a fast-paced retail environment. Proof of right to live and work in Australia is required at interview stage.
