Job Summary
Field Executive responsible for sales-related activities and marketing support at travel-retail counters for Estee Lauder brands, including Bobbi Brown. Responsibilities include reviewing targets and performance with ASOM, analyzing sales trends, generating reports, ensuring brand image and visual standards, coordinating promotions and in-store programs, and coaching Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals. Also responsible for recruiting/onboarding staffing, driver of training and coaching on brand stories, products, and selling skills, delivering in-store trainings, and collaborating with Education and Marketing teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in travel retail, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, comfort with virtual tools, willingness to travel, and spend a minimum 70% of time in-store across counters. 70% in-store focus, in-person coaching, and travel to support counters are primary duties.
