Job Summary
Prepare drinks for dining room and patio staff while maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness. Take correct orders and deliver service to multiple tables, customizing orders to guest needs. Ensure accurate drink preparations and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly. Work evening and weekend shifts, including nights and public holidays, with a team focus on supporting the restaurant's success.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience of one (1) year or more in casual or fine-dining settings
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers, and management
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues or complaints
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Must have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers, and wine
- Have ability to obtain any government required license or certificate
- Ability to lift, push, pull a up to 50lbs (To include beer kegs)
- Must be able to work in our kitchen areas when receiving food orders and returning dishware
- This position requires evening/weekend work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in food & beverage service within a hotel/resort setting is a plus
