Job Summary
Conduct thorough inside and out cleaning of boats, paying close attention to hidden surfaces, and prepare them for delivery or customer inspection. Organize boats on the lot using forklifts and vehicles per management requests, while keeping stock boats clean and ready for inspection. Assist the Service Department with cleaning service boats, maintain yard cleanliness by organizing hoses and removing garbage, and keep equipment/tools in good working order. Perform setup and breakdown duties for boat shows, including hauling boats, cleaning areas, and returning vessels to assigned locations. Follow all safety rules, wear protective gear, and notify supervisors of equipment needs or boats requiring additional work.
