Job Summary
OverseesBoat Service operations and provides daily direction to the Service Department team in a Bass Pro Shops or standalone store, including supervising associates, scheduling and assigning service, rigging and warranty work orders, managing inventory and warranty processes, driving customer satisfaction, coaching staff, coordinating interviews and trainings, and supporting events such as Boat Shows and promotions; ensures accurate unit and parts inventories, accurate warranty claims processing, and delivers a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment; utilizes PC-based tools for word processing, spreadsheets, data management, POS and inventory systems, and maintains strong interpersonal relations with customers and coworkers.
