Job Summary
Boat Service Manager oversees the Boat Service area in a Bass Pro Shops (or standalone store), supervising associates, scheduling and directing service, rigging, and warranty work orders, managing inventory and parts, processing warranty claims, coaching staff, coordinating events (e.g., Boat Shows and promotions), and ensuring customer satisfaction and world-class service. The role supports the Boat Manager in achieving financial goals (service/parts sales, gross margin, payroll) and staffing with interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance feedback, while maintaining a safe, productive work environment and accurate unit and parts inventories.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry; Supervisory experience is a plus
